Arsenal are ‘too good for the Europa League’ and will reach final, claims Qarabag boss

ARSENAL are expected to win the Europa League, as they are ‘too good’ for the competition, Qarabag manager Gurban Gurbanov claimed.

Qarabag were beaten 1-0 by Arsenal at the Emirates last night with Alexandre Lacazette’s first-half strike the decider.

Gurbanov predicted Arsenal will win the competition, and cited they should be competing in Europe's top flight, the Champions League.

He said: “I believe the team will reach the final.

“I would love to see Arsenal in Baku for the final.

“Arsenal should not play in the Europa League.
