Arsenal midfielder offered £9m per-year contract

Juventus are leading the running to sign Aaron Ramsey after offering the Arsenal midfielder a huge contract, according to reports from Italy.

The 27-year-old’s current contract with Arsenal expires at the end of the campaign, and the midfielder is set to leave after the Gunners withdrew their offer of a new deal.

Aaron Ramsey has attracted interest from several clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain.

But multiple reports in Italy claims that Juventus are in the driving seat for the Wales international after their latest offer to the midfielder, who has been offered a £9 million-a-year deal by the Italian champions to join them on a free transfer next summer.

And Inter Milan have now pulled out of the running to sign Aaron Ramsey after being blown out of the water by Juve’s offer.

Old Lady signed Emre Can on a free transfer from the Reds in the summer after his contract expired and the Serie A giants are looking to bolster their midfielder even further with Aaron Ramsey’s arrival.

Turin giants will be able to sign Aaron Ramsey on a pre-contract agreement from the start of January.
