Arsenal to replace Aaron Ramsey with £36m-rated Ligue 1 midfielder

Arsenal are willing to sign Lyon ace Houssem Aouar and boss Unai Emery sees the Frenchman as an ideal replacement for Aaron Ramsey.
The young star has already netted five goals in Ligue 1 and laid on three assists in the Champions League this term, emerging as one of the most promising talents in Europe.
Maurizio Sarri and Pep Guardiola are both said to be fans, but France Football reports that it is Arsenal who are particularly keen.
Unai Emery knows all about the 20-year-old from his time in France in charge of Paris Saint-Germain and loves how versatile the youngster is, while he is likely to command a transfer fee more than £36 million.
Any move for Lyon star is said to be dependent on Arsenal qualifying for the Champions League, with the club facing a challenging task in convincing him to move to Emirates ahead of the many European giants currently scouting him.
Pep Guardiola was full of praise for the midfielder after facing Lyon earlier this season, while the player told RMC he would love to play under the Manchester City manager.
