Arsenal emerge as Serie A giants biggest rivals for midfielder with Italians preparing huge offer

Arsenal are now Serie A outfit Napoli’s biggest rivals for the landing of highly-rated midfielder Nicolo Barella, according to a sports television channel Sky Sport Italia.
