“What a signing” Unai Emery reveal position Denis Suarez would play

It is no longer news that Arsenal are on the brink of signing transfer long term target Denis Suarez. Gunners boss Unai Emery has revealed how the playmaker would fit into his squad, per reports.

Arsenal have been heavily tipped to sign Suarez from Barcelona this month, and Skysports reporter Dharmesh Sheth has claimed that the deal is almost done.

“As for arrivals at the Emirates,” Sheth said on the Sky Sports Transfer Centre. “What a signing this could be.”

The recent form of Arsenal has been called into question after they lost the Southampton and were battered by Liverpool.

Emery has managed to play with a thin squad with the likes of Danny Welbeck and Rob Holding ruled out of action for the rest of the season. Arsenal are mainly in the market for a winger and a defender as claimed by Emery.

For Suarez, he played for Emery as Sevilla and the Spanish manager has suggested he would fit into similar role when confirmed as an Arsenal player.

“He was playing as a left or right winger for Sevilla when he was with me.” Emery said on Saturday

Meanwhile, Aaron Ramsey is also nearing a move to Juventus, with Suarez joining as his replacement.
