Yannick Carrasco to Arsenal latest update

Arsenal has been linked with Yannick Carrasco for almost a week now but Unai Emery’s announcement that confirmed that only loan deals can be done made the Arsenal fans lose hope of signing the Belgian international. His wife has however confirmed Arsenal’s interest in the player.
Arsenal is now suffering because of lack of wingers at the club and Unai Emery doesn’t want to change his formation to favour Mesut Ozil so he will now be looking to sign a winger so that they can see if they will succeed with the 3-4-3 formation this season. Yannick Carrasco is playing for Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang but it’s claimed by his wife that the player isn’t happy there and wants a return to Europe.
Yannick Carrasco’s wife had an interview with Belgian outlet RTBF a few days back and she confirmed that both Manchester United and Arsenal alongside other clubs from Europe were interested in the former Atletico Madrid star.
“There are a lot of things happening. He’s been called by many clubs, all of which are interested.” she said.
“Offers have arrived from Germany, Spain, England, and Italy but nothing is concrete, nothing has been signed yet.”
It is however uncertain how the gunners will be able to sign Yannick Carrasco yet they can only sign players on loan but they might purchase him after selling one of their stars like Mesut Ozil who has lost the favour of Unai Emery.

Emery confirms worrying transfer news for Arsenal on Thursday

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has confirmed some worrying news for Arsenal fans with less than three weeks now left in the January transfer window.   The Arsenal boss managed to sign several players during the summer but most of the deals were for a cheap price, significantly lesser than what rivals Chelsea and Liverpool were paying for their new signings. Club owner Stan Kroenke has been criticised by most fans for refusing to spend enough money when needed in the transfer market. Following the recent 5-1 humiliation away to Liverpool in the Premier League which exposed most of the team’s serious problems, several fans have been calling for signings to be made this month. However, speaking on transfers at his press conference on Thursday morning, Unai Emery revealed that the club is not financially capable of making any permanent purchases of players at the moment. Thus, the Arsenal boss insists that loans deal will be the Gunners’ best bet in the January transfer windo...
