Chelsea Enter Battle With Three Other Premier League Teams For £35m Rated Turkish Winger

Chelsea are the latest Premier League club to scout Roma winger Cengiz Under, according to reports in Italy.
The likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham are also said to be interested in the Turkish international, along with Bundesliga club Bayern Munich.

Under was reportedly the subject of a €30m (£26m) bid from the Gunners last summer, only for Roma to reject the offer for being below their asking price.
The Giallorossi are said to be holding out for €40m (£35m), and the Italian club are believed to be willing to sell.
Although Under’s contract at Roma runs until 2022, negotiations over a new deal have reached an impasse and the Serie A side are therefore prepared to let him go.
The 21-year-old has been in excellent form this season, having scored six goals and provided nine assists in 25 appearances.

With the Blues have already signed one winger in Christian Pulisic for next season, a move for another wide man may seem unlikely. However, the London club may be considering alternatives if Eden Hazard leaves in the summer.
