ARSENAL are busy preparing for the second leg of their Europa League clash with BATE Borisov on Thursday.
The Gunners fell to a surprise defeat against the Belorussian side but are determined to turn it around at the Emirates.
ARSENAL stars are showing their support for struggling Mesut Ozil.
The German Gunner has failed to make an impression under Unai Emery with reports even stating that he is no longer required at the club.
The former Germany international, 30, has become an outcast at the club, not even making the bench for recent games with Huddersfield and BATE Borisov.
Ozil has now spoken out with a pensive post on social media.
The ex-Real Madrid star's post read: “When you start supporting a football club, you don’t support it because of the trophies, or a player, or history…
“You support it because you found yourself somewhere there; found a place where you belong.”
The post was “liked” not only by Bergkamp himself, but also a hatful of Ozil's Arsenal team-mates.
David Ospina has admitted that he is uncertain whether Napoli will make his loan move permanent this summer.
The Colombia international arrived at the San Paolo in August after the summer arrival of Bernd Leno saw him fall further down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium.
Ospina signed on an initial loan deal which will become a permanent transfer if he makes the required number of appearances for the Partenopei and has made 17 appearances in all competitions.
However, the return of number one choice Alex Meret from injury could scupper the 30-year-old's chances of extending his stay in Italy.
Finally, whilst the men's side may be out of the FA Cup, Arsenal Women will be in SSE Women's FA Cup action this weekend.
The Gunners, who have won the competition a record 14 times, come up against Chelsea Women at Kingsmeadow on Sunday.
The match will be a repeat of last year's Wembley final which saw the Blues lift the trophy in front of a record crowd.

Emery confirms worrying transfer news for Arsenal on Thursday

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has confirmed some worrying news for Arsenal fans with less than three weeks now left in the January transfer window.   The Arsenal boss managed to sign several players during the summer but most of the deals were for a cheap price, significantly lesser than what rivals Chelsea and Liverpool were paying for their new signings. Club owner Stan Kroenke has been criticised by most fans for refusing to spend enough money when needed in the transfer market. Following the recent 5-1 humiliation away to Liverpool in the Premier League which exposed most of the team’s serious problems, several fans have been calling for signings to be made this month. However, speaking on transfers at his press conference on Thursday morning, Unai Emery revealed that the club is not financially capable of making any permanent purchases of players at the moment. Thus, the Arsenal boss insists that loans deal will be the Gunners’ best bet in the January transfer windo...
